Summertime Sedona Retreats
Welcome to Shangri-La Sedona's Blog
Are you thinking about coming to Sedona this summer, maybe with family or friends?
First, right now the weather in Sedona is high 90's low 100's, but because of our monsoon the light misty rains cool everything down beautifully. The plant life is more rich and lush looking this time of year as well. (And, by the way, we are relatively bug-free for those of you who aren't aware of it.)

This is a great time of year for bird watching, hiking; its just beautiful here.
Many times we get calls from some who are wanting to come to Sedona with their families and friends, and want to do some retreat work but feel confused over what their family and friends can be doing while they are in deeper retreat sessions. We run into this often and that is why I am addressing it here.
If your family and/or friends are with you we can help steer them in the direction of any of the following for their enjoyment:
Golfing
Creek swim (Slide Rock)
Movie Theater
Balloon Ride
ATV Rides
Hummer Tour
Jeep Tour
Horseback Riding
Hiking with Experienced Guide
Get a spa treatment
Tour the plentiful art galleries
Take a scenic photo tour

There are lots of things your family or friends can do while you take precious time for yourself and your healing.
Remember to carve out some private time for yourself with one of our spa treatments, too.
We look forward to assisting you with your own retreat and adventour.
